Marion Center Borough as Seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to property offered for sale. 1999 Ford F250 Super Duty is offered for sale "AS IS".
Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between bidder and Authority. Payment in full is due no later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or Marion Center Borough reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Marion Center Borough in the form of a cashier's check or money order made payable to Marion Center Borough, 1000 Manor Street, P.O. Box 158, Marion Center, PA 15759. The successful bidder shall remove the item within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Please note, upon removal of the property all sales are final. Refunds will not be given for items not picked up by the deadline. Marion Center Borough reserves the right to reject any bids received and to award to the vendor of its choice.
Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the 1999 Ford F250. Delivery is not available. Marion Center Borough is not responsible for the 1999 Ford F250 once it has left the borough's property.
The 1999 Ford F250 may be picked up at the Marion Center Borough building located at 1000 Manor Street, Marion Center, PA 15759.
