The following is a list of County property that shall be for sale at online auction:

REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Equipment must be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.  All equipment must be removed within 7 business days from the time and date of issuance of award.  All equipment must be picked up in one day. 

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the equipment.  Buyer is responsible for bringing all equipment/tools needed to load items.  No assistance will be provided.  Adequate transportation is required for removal.  A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 7 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Upon removal of equipment, all sales are final.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Guaranty Waiver.  All property is offered for sale "AS IS, WHERE IS." Lycoming County, PA makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the equipment offered for sale.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the equipment offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of equipment.  If Seller confirms that the equipment does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the equipment and refund any money paid.  The liability of the Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the equipment.

Lycoming County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

INDEMNIFICATION:
The successful Bidder will indemnify, defend and hold the County of Lycoming, its Commissioners, its employees and agents harmless from all claims, demands, costs, expenses, liabilities and losses including reasonable attorney’s fees which may arise against the County, employees and agents as a consequence of any action or claim arising out of the successful Bidder malfeasance, neglect or omission.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
Payment in full is due no later than 5 business days from the time and date of invoice.  Payment must be made to the County of Lycoming by certified check or cashier’s check.
