Items are to be paid for and picked-up within five days after sale starting Tuesday, March 12 through Monday March 18. All items must be paid by certified check, payable to the Township of Holmdel, or cash. Buyer is responsible for all fees in regards to title transfer. Payment may be dropped off at the Office of Finance of the Township of Holmdel from 9:00am-3:00pm. It is strongly suggested to contact Barbara Kovelesky; bkovelesky@holmdeltownship or 732-946-2820 ext. 1203 to advise of anticipated pick-up day and time to ensure appropriate personnel are available.
