A/C, 4wd, power shift transmission, extendable dipperstick, 24” and 36” buckets, ride control. 3,200 hrs as of 2.1.19. Call 717-626-4302 for inspection of the backhoe. Bids accepted through the municibid.com website starting March 1, 2019.  No expressed or implied warranties.  Decision to award bid on April 8, 2019 at 7:00 pm. Elizabeth Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.  Successful bidder must be prepared to pay the amount due as a certified check or money order Payable to Elizabeth Township at the time of pick-up. Buyer also responsible for all transaction costs or buyer premiums on municibid.com, as well as any state fees and notary costs. The loader will be available for pickup as soon as Township receives new replacement equipment in mid-April.
