Truck is sold in AS IS condition. Last UL test was June 2017 with NDT. Defencies from that test include the speed of the roatate left controller at the platform control station must be increased, hydraulic hose inside the turntable has the outer jacket worn off, Unit passed NFPA timing test from Turntable controls with outriggers set, boom from zero degrees to full elevation and roate 90 degrees and fully extend within 150 seconds, from the platform controls unit failed timing test at 210 seconds. Chassis ground lights are not working, tachometer works erratically, right rear outrigger has a hydraulic leak on inner jack box at the jacks seal, outer-mid boom telescopic waterway section has a 1" wide by 25" long flat spot in it.
