Item is being sold "As Is Where Is" with no warranty. Buyer is responsible for removing the item from the Whitpain Township Public Works Yard. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to make arrangements to inspect the item at the Public Works yard prior to bidding. The successful bidder must pay with cash or certified check and remove the item within 10 days of the auction ending.
