Vehicle will be available for inspection Monday thru Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Bid to be awarded at the May 7, 2019 meeting of Malvern Borough Council. This vehicle is being offered on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis, with buyer responsible for title transfer fee. Payment is required within ten (10) days of award. The Borough of Malvern reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
