1044 Office Trailer

This is a 10'x44' office trailer that’s in overall great condition. This trailer was purchased for a large capital project for the management staff to work from on a daily basis. The trailer has good working heat and air conditioning. The trailer was only moved onsite 1 time since we purchased it for 9K. The trailer is fully functional as seen, towable with the exception of the broken rear tail light lens . The trailer has a few scratches here and there but doesn’t leak at all. The electrical is Square D 100a single phase. The wire shelving shown in the pictures will remain with the trailer and everything else will be cleaned out. The interior has some wiring for data already in place. The trailer is towed with a 2-5/8" ball. The trailer has the vandal screens over the windows and we have both additional locking bar sets for the doors. The trailer will be sold with both sets of metal stairs which are single sets, shown in the picture the 2 sets of stairs have been bolted together to form 1 set of stairs. The trailer is scheduled to be available about the end of May 2019. This time may need to be adjusted but the bidder will be notified accordingly. This is a great trailer overall and beats paying $450.00+ per month on a rental. I have attached the bill of sale when we purchased in 2016. A similar bill of sale will be supplied as part of this sale.
