This auction is for approx. 3,930 used law books. A listing of the availabe books are attached. Most books are in Fair/Good condition, some of the older books are showing their age (see attached pictures). The books are on the 2nd floor, elevator and loading docks are available. The winning bidder must take all the books. They must also be able to pack the books in the boxes, as well as supply the boxes, supply moving dollies to transport boxes from 2 floor library to loading dock, and truck(s) to remove books from property. They are to be loaded in one load.
These books were used by The Office of the Public Defender
Removal Instructions:
The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder.
