Fredonia Volunteer Fire Department, as Seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.  The truck is offered for sale "AS IS".

Bidders must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers.  Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between bidder and Fire Department.  Payment in full is due no later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the Fire Department reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder.  The successful bidder shall make payment to Fredonia Volunteer Fire Department in the form of a cashier's check or money order made payable to “Fredonia Volunteer Fire Department”.  The successful bidder shall remove the item within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment.  Please note, upon removal of the property all sales are final.  Refunds will not be given for the truck if not picked up by the deadline.  Fredonia Volunteer Fire Department reserves the right to reject any bids received and to award to the vendor of its choice.

Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the truck.  Delivery is NOT available.  Fredonia Volunteer Fire Department is not responsible for the truck once it leaves Fredonia Volunteer Fire Department’s property.

The truck may be picked up at the Fredonia Volunteer Fire Department located at 46 1 Street, Fredonia, PA 16124.
