Where is. 1995 Wood/Chuck W/C-17 Chipper with a 80hp john deer diesel motor.  Chipper has 1576 hours on it runs and chips well.  Parts and service manual for chipper and parts and operators manual for diesel motor.  Extra set of chipper blades included.Pennsbury Township as seller disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.  Chipper is being sold on "as is" basis.  Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers.  Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller.  Payment in full is due no later than seven (7) calendar days from time and date of the Notice of Award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder.  This item is schedule to be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting July 17, 2019; however, the Board reserves the right to reject any & all bids received.
