Surplus Soil

You are bidding on a two seperate piles of soil. One pile has been screened to a three inch screen and that is approximately 1000 yards in size.  This pile has been screened with a screen that allows only 3 inch stones or less through the screening machine. This material consists of clay,sand,soil and rocks. 

Bidder will have ten (10) business days to make payment and remove soil from Town property. If no payment made in 10 business days, High bidder will forfeit their bid, then Town of Franklin will offer to second high bidder and so on.   Soil is sold as is where is no warranties expressed or implied.
