You are bidding on the Clubhouse and Driving Range Structures only. You are not bidding on the land, only the structures. The structures must be removed within 60 days from time of payment. There are 24 concrete slabs associated with this structure (see pictures for dimensions). Items within the Clubhouse and Driving Range are not part of the sale (i.e. tables, chairs, etc).
