Vehicle being sold AS IS. Sport Utility, 4 door, automatic transmission, 4x4 drivetrain. 132,000 miles, runs. Emergency lights and decals will be removed. Cage behind rear seat. Inspection and Emissions expire before 6/2020. The vehicle is available for inspection at the Durham Municipal Garage, 215 Old Furnace Road, Durham, PA 18039. There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied. Pick-up and removal shall be the responsibility of the buyer and be completed by August 25th, 2019. This item shall not be released until full payment is received. The Durham Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it deems it is in the best interest of the Township.
