This auction is for approx. 1,300 used law books in approx. 125 boxes. The books are considered to be in good to fair condition. A listing of the books available are attached. The books are currently located on the lower level and 1 floor East Wing of the Monmouth County Courthouse. The purchaser would be required to move the boxes, using a hand truck or cart, from their current location to the West Wing entrance and down a ramp to their vehicle. Please note all the books must be picked up the same day – however it may require multiple trips to and from vehicle to load books due to the number of boxes.
Removal Instructions:
The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder.

Being offered for sale "AS IS - WHERE IS". No guarantees or warranties. Assets may contain defects not readily apparent by visual inspection.
