· The vehicle runs and drives,but will not idle due to a broken idle control spring, requires a jump box to start, will require a new battery

· The vehicle may contain defects not readily apparent by visual inspection
· The red and blue lights will be removed prior to pick up, unless the vehicle is purchased for official use
