Paver is being sold "AS IS". No Warranties or Guarantees implied. Williams Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The winning bidder will have 30 days from the time the bid is awarded to pay and pick up the paver or the bid will be voided.
The paver does start and can be moved under its own power but there is a low pressure hydraulic leak when the parking brake is released. It would need to be repaired to make it fully operational. We do not know the extent of the leak or the cost to repair. We believe the leak is either in or around drive axle.
I would recommend the machine be inspected prior to bidding.

Due to a couple phone call questions I just want to reiterate that this paver would need repairs to be fully functional. It is unusable to pave with due to the hydraulic leak. It may take major disassembly to repair. The paver can move short distances under own power (load/unload) but will leak a good amount of hydraulic oil.
