The Borough of Malvern is currently accepting bids until Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 12:00 pm prevailing time for the following:

Awarding of the bid will be held at the October 1, 2019 meeting of Borough Council at 7:30 p.m.

This piece of equipment is being offered on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis.  Payment is required within ten (10) days of award.  If the successful bidder does not complete the purchase within ten (10) days from the date of the bid award, the bid will be rejected and Borough Council can consider the next highest responsible bidder.

Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
