Vehicle is being sold AS IS, with no warranties or returns. Bids will be reviewed by the Board of Supervisors. Winning Acceptable Bidder will be notified after the October 10, 2019 Board Meeting. A certified check made payable to "Bridgeton Township" must be provided at time of pick-up. We do not offer or pay for delivery service, this is the responsbility of the winning bidder. Title will be transferred at a local notary shop. Any costs for transfer of title shall be at the expense of the winning bidder. Vehicle must be picked up at the Municipal Building (1370 Bridgeton Hill Road Upper Black Eddy, PA 18972) no later than October 31, 2019.
