The vehicle is being sold strictly as-is, where-is with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. Etna Boro makes no representations regarding the vehicle’s condition, safety, or operability. Interested bidders may request an in-person inspection by appointment only, prior to the close of auction. Please contact Etna Boro to schedule inspection of vehicle. Full payment is due within five (7) business days of auction close. Accepted forms of payment include certified check, money order, or other method as specified by Etna Boro at the time of sale. Buyer must remove the vehicle within ten (10) business days of auction close. Buyer is responsible for all removal, transportation, and associated costs. Vehicle must be removed during regular business hours. Title will be provided upon full payment. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or adjustments will be made for any reason.
