Payment in full is due to Fairfield Township after the close of auction. Payment is accepted in the form of Certified Payment (Certified Check, Cashers Check, or Money Order) Mailed Payments must be postmarked no later then 2 working days from the date of the notice of award. It may take 2 to 3 days to process your payment once it is received. Winner is responsible for picking up property. Item is sold as is and there are no refunds.
