Vehicle starts with a jump and drives. Steering is stiff to turn. Rust and paint defects throughout vehicle and very noticable in the left front fender. Turn signal housing damage on left side front. Tire pressure light on. Left seat padding is damaged. Rear bumper is damaged. Front bumper has cut outs from police equipment. Holes in body from antennas and some decals remain on vehicle. Vehicle should be inspected prior to purchase and sold in as is condition.
