-The successful bidder shall pay the City directly within fifteen (15) working days of close of the auction.-Only payments made payable to the “City of Athens” in the form of cashier's check or money order will be accepted. -Payments shall be mailed to 8 East Washington Street Athens, Ohio 45701 to the attention of Engineering and Public Works. -Pick-up arrangements shall be made with the Department of Engineering and Public Works by contacting Curt at epwsupport@ci.athens.oh.us or 740-593-7636. No items will be released until after confirmation of deposit of payment. Items left more than 45 days will be re-sold. -All Municibid’s Buyer’s Fees will be paid in a separate transaction.
