This tractor is being sold "As Is". We do not know the extent of what is wrong with it, other than it doesn't stay running all the time. Cash or certified check made out to THE COUNTY OF ARMSTRONG. We do not deliver vehicles. If you have the winning bid, upon coming to pick up vehicle you will need to accompany our finance director to our local notary a few blocks away to transfer the title, etc. We are here from 8am to 4 pm Monday through Friday, except Holidays.
