This auction is for a electric roll up garage bay door. The manufacturer is C.H.I. model #6201. It is a right hand drive-exterior mount door that measures 25' 7"w x 14' 11"h, with wind lock guides. The operating motor is a Lift Master-model# 6H153L5, Serial# 5017N2653. It has 1.5 hp - 208-230 volts/ 3ph. The operating motor was built 12/14/17. This equipment is operable. There is no title or paperwork for this equipment. The winning bidder will receive all equipment in posted photos.
Removal Instructions:
The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder.
