This is a 2006 Elgin sweeper that has 29,192 miles and 3268 engine hours on the vehicle. Chassis engine and sweeper engine has no known issues and runs great, we decided to purchase a new sweeper to get ready for MS4 requirements. This sweeper has an 8 cubic yard hooper and also on the rear is a wandering hose assembly to clean out catch basins. Pa inspection as well. If any tax or tag trasfer fees would be required for the purchase this would be on the buyer.
