2016 Ford Interceptor (Explorer)

This vehicle was initially utilized as a patrol vehicle and then moved to the unmarked fleet. It is missing a small piece of trim on the driver's side B-Post and has a rip in the driver's seat. There are 90,779 miles and 12,012 engine hours on this vehicle. The vehicle was diagnosed by a Ford garage as having a damaged rod due to a fuel injector sticking open allowing excessive fuel into the cylinder. This vehicle continues to run and has been used as a travel vehicle for officers to drive to training classes. This vehicle has had regular oil changes, HVAC door acuator replaced, both rear control arms replaced, inner and outer tie rods replaced, both front control arms and front lower ball joints replaced, rear brakes replaced at 84,000 miles, fuel pump and sender assembly replaced at 76,000 miles. The inspection certificate has expired (August of 2019) but the vehicle should pass a current inspection.
