You are bidding on a used 1998 Ford Dump Truck used by the Franklin DPW Department. Truck is powered by a V-8 engine , has significant body rot, needs tires, nedds to have a full brake system rebuild, has oil and fluid leaks, needs clutch. Please be advised that vehicle should be used for parts only. Vehicle should be considered non-functional, for parts only. This is a NO RESERVE auction, bidder will have ten (10) business days to make payment and remove item from Town property. If no payment made in 10 business days, High bidder will forfeit their bid, then Town of Franklin will offer to second high bidder and so on. Vehicle sold as is where is no warranties expressed or implied.
