You are bidding on a used 2003 Ford F550 Dump Truck used by the Franklin DPW Department. Truck is a 4 x 4 diesel dump/plow, the automatic transmission is not functional, the vehicle smokes heavily and has a bad motor as one cylinder is completely non-functional. Please be advised that vehicle should be considered non-functional, for parts only. This is a NO RESERVE auction, bidder will have ten (10) business days to make payment and remove item from Town property. If no payment made in 10 business days, High bidder will forfeit their bid, then Town of Franklin will offer to second high bidder and so on. Vehicle sold as is where is no warranties expressed or implied.
