The tractor is in good condition and has been used very little in the last 12 years. The tires are in good condition. It has some oil leaks to be expected for the age of the tractor. It was re-painted about 2 years ago, it was originally painted yellow when purchased from dealer. Runs but should have fresh gas due to setting and nonuse. It comes with a Squealer SQ60 Bushhog.
The tractor is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties implied.
· Certified check or money order is due at the time equipment is picked up. Item must be picked up by December 16, 2019.
· Sale will not be finalized until approved by Elizabethtown Borough Council. Bid results will be reviewed with council on December 5, 2019.
· Winning bidder will be notified by Elizabethtown Borough.
· Elizabethtown Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
