Item up for bid is a Global Finishing Solutions Non-Pressurized, Solid Back, Cross draft, Truck/ Auto Paint Booth. The working dimensions are 16’0’’ high x 16’0’’wide x 40’0’’ deep. The overall dimensions of the structure are 17’4’’ x 16’8’’ x 40’04’’. 

Non-Pressurized with Filter Door

Clean air is introduced into the booth through a set of filter doors at the front of the enclosure and is exhausted through a plenum at the rear of the booth. Air is pulled horizontally from the front of the booth through the working depth at an average velocity of approximately 100 fpm. The intake and exhaust filter layout are designed for even air velocity throughout the working area of the booth (consistent air velocity is an important factor in achieving a quality paint job). The filter door is designed with high efficiency intake filters to remove dust and dirt before it enters the paint booth. This will provide a cleaner environment for a quality paint job. The booth is designed with the maximized filter quantity to assure efficient particulate filtration from the intake and exhaust filters.
