Approximately 2,085 Used Law Books DSS2400

This auction is for approximately 2,085 used law books. A listing of the books available are attached. Most of the books are located on the 5th floor, in library shelves. Some books are boxed and located on the lower level of the building (see attached listing for location). The purchaser would be required to move the boxes of books and individual books, using their own hand truck or cart. Winning bidder would also need thier own boxes to take them away, we do not supply boxes  Please note all the books must be picked up the same day – however it may require multiple trips to and from vehicle to load books due to the number of books.        

Removal Instructions:

The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder.

Being offered for sale "AS IS - WHERE IS". No guarantees or warranties. Assets may contain defects not readily apparent by visual inspection.
