East Hills, NY, on an agreed upon date with the seller. For inspections or any questions, contact Matt Angst at mangst@villageofeasthills.org. Payment is due on or before time of pickup, must be by certified check and made payable to the Village of East Hills. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
