Only the 1552 was equipped with Directamotion control. Directamotion® shows sequential action by stopping and starting the film, one or more frames at a time, in forward or reverse. It always stops "on frame" - no framing required. Directamotion is controlled by lever. Also has silent film (18 frames per second) playback capabilities.
