Up for bid is a 2012 Trane CGAM 100-ton air-colled chiller. This unit was taken out of service at the beginning of this year as part of a large HVAC upgrade for the district. It was fully-operational when it was taken out of service and it has been maintained by Trane throughout its service. This is sold as-is with no warranty or liability on part of the seller. Buyer is responsible for removing item and any costs associated therewith.
