Item Description
You are bidding on the entire lot of radios and associated equipment. The radios are approximately 10 years old, and were working when taken out of service 5 years ago. The radios have not been tested for funtionality and no batteries or any additional equipment not pictured are included. All equipment is sold as is and the winning bidder must be able to pick up all equipment within 14 days from thje end of the auction.. It should be noted that all radios are engraved into the plastic with "FRANKLIN POLICE" and a unit number.
Also, please be advised that the equipment should be considered non-functional, for parts only. This is a NO RESERVE auction, bidder will have ten (10) business days to make payment and remove equipment from Town property. If no payment made in 10 business days, High bidder will forfeit their bid, then Town of Franklin will offer to second high bidder and so on. Equipment is sold as is where is no warranties expressed or implied.
