All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Buyer is responsible for all pickup and loading. Seller will not provide labor, equipment, or assistance for removal.
Buyer assumes all responsibility and risk upon award of sale and during pickup, loading, transportation, and use.
Payment must be made by certified check only.
Certified check must be payable to the seller and provided prior to or at time of pickup.
Item must be removed within the timeframe specified by the seller after payment is received.
