Modular Classroom 20 x40

The Lincoln Intermediate Unit owns a 20 x 40 modular classroom (see attached photo) that is currently located at the rear of York Catholic High, 601 E. Springettsbury Avenue , York, Pa 17403.  The unit is finished inside and consists of 2 classrooms, each approximately 10 x 12.   2 Offices, approximately 10 x 13 and one common entrance reception/office area, approximately 10 x 16.  The outside is also finished and includes the skirting, railing and steps.  Also included is an attached integral heating and cooling unit. The unit is for sale to the highest bidder.  A minimum bid of $10.00 is required.  The unit is being sold “As Is”.  There are no known defects with the unit, which is approximately ten years old.

Successful bidder will be responsible for removing and transporting the unit from the site.  Successful bidder must provide certificate of insurance or appropriate bonding needed to transport unit.  The approximate cost to transport the unit to another location in southcentral Pennsylvania is estimated at a cost of $6000 to $8000.  The successful bidder will also be responsible for repairing any damage caused by removing tie-down materials at the current site and cleaning said site to the satisfaction of the property owner, York Catholic High School.  The unit must be removed no later than July 1, 2020.
