This equipment package is offered to the highest bidder in "AS IS" condition and may be viewed by contacting Todd Kennedy at 724.548.7671, extension 217 between the hours of 8:30AM - 3:30PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays or at tkennedy@hacarmstrong.org.
Removal is to be completed within 5 days of Board acceptance of the bid. Payment must be in the form of a Certified or Cashiers Check, made payable to the Housing Authority of the County of Armstrong, and shall be made at the time of removal of the equipment.
The Housing Authority rexerves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any informalities in the the bidding, and does not provide any guarantees and/or warranties relative to the equipment being sold.
