Doylestown Fire Company is accepting sealed bids for the sale of a 2002 Kawasaki Mule
Conditions of sale: Truck is being sold in the current “AS-IS” condition without any warranty, either express or implied. The Seller does not warrant the fitness for any particular use or the merchantability of the Truck for any reason. The seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral or written statements made during the sale process. Further, all emergency lighting will be stripped from the vehicle prior to final sale if sold to an individual or private company. Truck will be sold to the highest bid. Buyer must present certified check to Doylestown Fire Company within 5 days of acceptance of bid. Buyer will be responsible for all registration, tax, notary, and transfer fees. Doylestown Fire Company holds the right rescind, revoke, or amend and of the conditions set forth in the above conditions. Vehicle cannot be titled or registered for use on public roads in Pennsylvania.
