The truck runs good and has been our spare Muncicipal truck. We are buying a new truck so longer need this. There is no rust but some paint peeling expecially on the doors. It has a new clutch, a new pressure plate, new power steering pump, new leaf spring, tires are like new, heated mirrors, the frame is like new, new bed hoist. Spreader and 11' plow included.
