All items are offered for sale "as is, where is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. All prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the item(s) and/or ask questions before bidding. Open inspection date will be on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Perspective bidders are required to provide proper identification to sign in at the main office. Payment must be made in the form of cash only. Payment and pickup will be at the Butler County Area Vocational-Technical School on Friday, October 9, 2020, between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. All items must be removed by purchaser by Friday, October 9, 2020, between the designated hours. Successful bidder has sole responsibility of picking up the item(s), delivery is not available. Butler County Area Vocational-Technical School reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. In addition, items can not be returned and refund wills not be provided as all sales are final as-is. Successful bidder is responsible for disassembly and removal of dust collector. The school will disconnect the main 480v power and airline, bidder will be responsible for removing everything else. All outdoor parts can be removed at bidder discretion but inside parts will only be accessible from 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Bidder will be required to patch ductwork holes through outside wall with at least 26 gauge sheet metal.
