The Equipment or item(s) are being sold in “as is” condition. No warranties are expressed or implied. The Granby Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The equipment / item(s) will be auctioned to the highest bidder at the close of the above-referenced auction. The equipment must be picked up and paid for in Ten (10) days of the close of the auction. Payment Needs to be made in the form of a Certified Bank Check made out to the Granby Housing Authority at pick-up. Buyer is responsible for any and all fees associated with the purchase and is responsible for a proper inspection of these items prior to bidding.
