Doylestown Fire Company is pleased to offer a 1987 Pace Industries 9D tri-axle Trailer for sale.
Conditions of sale: Trailer is being sold in the current “AS-IS” condition without any warranty, either express or implied. The Seller does not warrant the fitness for any particular use or the merchantability of the Trailer for any reason. The seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral or written statements made during the sale process. Trailer will be sold to the highest bid upon final vote from fire company membership on 08/12/2020. Buyer must present certified check to Doylestown Fire Company within 5 days of acceptance of bid, no refunds. Buyer will be responsible for all registration, tax, notary, and transfer fees. Doylestown Fire Company holds the right rescind, revoke, or amend any of the conditions set forth in the above conditions.
