Payment in full is due NO LATER than 3 working days from the date of the end of the auction. An invoice for payment will be sent via e-mail. Payment by Cashier's Check, Certified Check or U.S. Postal Money Order will ONLY be accepted. Title must be transferred at time of payment, buyer is responsible for all transfer fees. Vehicle MUST be picked up within 10 days of the close of the auction. Everything sold by the City of Lower Burrell is sold AS-IS.
