The Shade Township Board of Supervisors intend to take action on the award of the bid at their meeting on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.  The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Payment to Shade Township for full amount of successful bid by official bank check or certified check shall be made within five (5) business days of notice from the Township of award of bid.  Successful bidder must pick up the vehicle within seven (7) business days of notice from the Township of award of bid.  Buyer is responsible for all transfer fees, registration, title and taxes.
