2010 Ford E-450 Wheeled Coach Ambulance

Up for bid is a 2010 Ford E450 Wheeled Coach Ambulance with 152,613 miles. Unit was taken out of front line service in June of 2020. PA State inspection good till August 2020. Serviced regularly locally. Good tires (six).

with less than 20,000 on them.

Chassis features a Ford Power Stroke 6.4 liter Direct Injection Turbo Diesel engine coupled to an automatic transmission. Electric locks, windows and A/C. The usual Ford Ambulance Prep package is included.

The ambulance box is aluminum and manufactured by Wheeled Coach. Unit has a LifeStar-Vanner series Inverter providing 110 volt power and shoreline outlet providing 12 volt power for battery charger and block heater. All emergency two way radios have been removed. Two Rectangle openings in console where radio were. All lighting and complete siren equipment along with the siren head (speaker still installed) IS included. All emergency lighting and custom console is still intact and fully operational. Stryker Mount included. Stryker cot is Not included with mount.

This 2010 does indeed have some good wear and tear on engine. Top Heads and Fuel Injectors recently replaced in 2018. Power stroke, Turbo system redone in 2016. Oil leak from bottom of engine area. Transmission in Good condition. Never had a transmission issue and maintains its fluid velocity.

Patient/Rear compartment in good shape. Compartment, Benches, lighting fixtures, overhead and all panel displays working and in good shape.

Payment must be made to the "Christiana Community Ambulance Association” within 48-72 hours after Accepted Bid from the Board of Directors of the Christiana Community Ambulance Association. Payment must be in the form of cash or certified check and paid in full before pick up. Ambulance must be removed from our station by buyer within 5-7 days of after acceptance of bid. Bid is finalized at Meeting on September 24, 2020.
