The purchase price shall be paid by the high bidder and the item picked up immediately or at a reasonable time after the conclusion of the electronic auction as determined by the Township, such time period not to exceeed thirty (30) days.  Failure to pick up the item within thirty (30) days shall result in the item being forfeited, with no refunds given.  Item is being sold as is with all sales being final upon approval of the bid by the North Lebanon Twp Board of Supervisors.  Pre-bid inspection of item is recommended.  There are no warranties expressed or implied and no refunds of any kind will be made.   North Lebanon Twp reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  Successful bidder can pick up the item at the North Lebanon Twp building, 725 Kimmerlings Rd, Lebanon, PA  17046.
