The following items are for a Glock 21, 45acp

 (5) Blackhawk Magazine pouches - all in good condition

 (5) Safariland "Right Handed Holsters" - all in used condition – model “6360-3832” – accepts Glock 20 or 21 with or without TLR1

Royersford Borough, as Seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Items being sold on an "AS IS" basis.

Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the Borough reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Royersford Borough, 300 Main Street, Royersford PA 19468. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.

Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the items. Delivery is not available.
