Payment Details: Cash, cashier's check, certified check, or money order Payment must be made in person in full at time of pickup, which shall be no later than ten (10) working days from the time and date of the Notice of Award. The successful bidder shall make payment to Oakland Township in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified check, or money order, made payable to Oakland Township, 565 Chicora Road, Butler, PA 16001. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. Winning bid is pending approval by Oakland Township Board of Supervisors. Oakland Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the best interest of the township. The successful bidder shall be responsible for all costs incurred for title transfer and taxes as may be required, if any. Pick up must be scheduled.
